HI, I am NEW to this forum and NOVEMBER 19th~ "Novambersters" I am happy to have found this forum and look forward to hearing and sharing stories along this major journey. If anyone is starting an "anonymous" facebook group i would love to join as well. About the shakes: I have tried Atkins with much success! Anyone have any other recomondations?
