The hardest part is making the doctor appointment..and you did that !!! Just like an journey ... There will be ups and down... Just hang in there !!!

They might ... But keep your fingers crossed !!! Just remember to eat your proteins first before anything else on your plate That should help you feel full... Cause this is my current struggle :/

Yesterday was really hard being on just liquids, and smelling what everyone around me was eating... I was grieving over foods I can't have But this too shall pass ... I have to get off the piggy train !!!
