Three Weeks After Surgery Lost Another 15 Lbs

Lost 35 lbs before surgery on October 23rd 2012. lost another 15 in the past 3 weeks ,feeling great,walking 2 miles as often as i providing the weather is good.we just had a Hurricane & 2 Noreaster. Very positive about my new journey in life at age 68,i have so much energy now i feel 20 years younger already.Its been 30 yrs of yoyo dieting, OA,diet doctors & Slimfast they don't work,god bless my Doctor! -

I was banded last Tuesday,and had really not much discomfort. For pain i didn't want Oxycodine, i took some liquid Tyonal,it worked out just fine. Went to Dr today lost 5lbs since surgery. -
Light Headed At Walmart!

I was also banded last Tuesday,i was in Kmart shopping for some new clothes. I forgot to take my water bottle with or Protein drink, i got light headed & panicky' -

I was Banded on Oct 23rd,just came home yesterday .I"m in a little discomfort but i can deal with it,just walked 1/4 mile. I lost 35lbs prior to my banding.I"m on my way on a new journey in life ! I have been at least 350lbs for about 32 years.I"m 68 years old and i feel great & very positive about my new journey! -
Two more day!s till my surgery. Oct 23rd
