My favorite was my Grandma's stuffing! Haven't had it in about 13 years...oh it was SO good! It's unfortunate that my Mom never learned the recipe and I couldn't be bothered to learn when I had the chance.

I'm on the supervised diet right now as well and I find myself slipping and struggling to make the right choices. It's hard. But I think the most important thing is when you do slip up and eat the wrong thing, don't let it ruin your whole day or week. Get back on the proverbial horse and make your next choice a better one. Unfortunately, I think yes. My paperwork hasn't even been submitted to my insurance for approval yet and my surgeon has me meeting with the psychologist and doing the sleep apnea test. They might be getting all those appointments lined up in advance, so if you are approved they can perform the surgery asap. This of course is just my opinion...best of luck to you! -

What kind of pre-op diet are you on? My doctor doesn't do all liquid pre-op, so that would be fine for me...but if your's does, maybe a broth based soup? -
