You're welcome. And I was always afraid I'd forget to take it as well, so I keep it right next to my tooth brush and take it after I brush my teeth each morning...only way I can remember.

I'm currently on the pill. But I did have an IUD Mirena for several years. Just a heads up, some people don't react well to the hormones in an IUD, I know I didn't. My hair fell out, I got bad acne, had raging mood swings, low libido, etc. I have a couple friends who had the same side effects and then other freinds who think it's the best thing since slice bread! LOL

I haven't been banded yet. But from what I've seen on here, call your lap band doctor...they can prescribe you something for the nausea. Hope you feel better.

I'll tell you what I've heard about loose skin...it depends on so many factors like genetics and age. I would say since you are so young, it wouldn't be bad...your skin would most likely bounce back. But that is only my un-educated opinion. Personally I would rather have loose skin than to be obese :-)
