Idk what to do. I have been at a stand still for about a year. Have had two fills in that year. Banded since July 2009. Still want to lose 30 more an I can't seem to. I hardly eat!! Most of the time breakfast doesn't down go too easy so I do tend to wait till late morning to eat. Am I not eating enough?? I am so desperate to start losing again. I have started working out an walking again. So can eating too little be the problem?? I never would have thought it would be. And I guess my Fluid intake isn't a lot either. Please please tell me what I can do. I do not think I need a fill or an unfill...some words of wisdom. What got you to losing again after a plateau!?!?!?

Hi. I have been banded over 3 years and divorced 2...banding had nothing to do with the divorced..just FYI. But I am goin on dates and find it tricky because I don't eat much and don't like looking like I'm trying to eat small meals just in front of them...and waste food. And of course I don't tell anyone about my lapband until I know them well enough. So how/what do you do on a first second third date as far as eating so you don't appear that you are wasting your food but yet aren't trying to eat stuff you shouldn't. I find this tricky. Thanks

I read on here people getting around 70g of proteins day... Please let me know how. I go to my dr Thursday as I have not been since June 2011 (i know:( ) and haven't lost anything on about a year. I am addicted to sweets. And meats don't go down great and I actually sometimes hate eating!! What are some good proteins I can try? I started proteins shakes for lunch..which is usually my first meal of the day as I don't like eating in the morning. Can it be I am not eating enough as to why I am not losing. Please help! Thank u all!!

Ok. Went in today... He didn't fuss as me. . I weighed 2 pounds less than I did I'm June 2011 at my last visit..so good thing is I didn't go all out and gain.... Just didn't lose and I know I could have been at my goal by now. He put half a cc in my band so roughly up to 4ccs in a 10cc band. So we will see. Thanks for the support.. It is appreciated and needed. Hopefully this will help me get back on the bandwagon..no pun intended! Lol

Please help. I have been banded 3 years..have lost over 65...started at 250...however I have not lost any weight in the past year or so. I hardly eat anything and if course find it easy to eat stuff that goes down easy which tends to be junk. So I do try to get in a protein shake... Real food even thought I chew good... Doesn't go down easy... I haven't had a full in over a year.. Do I need an unfill ? I know I need more protein and all and need to stop all just k food. Anyone had this problem and what did you do. What worked for you.

Thank you everyone!! Yes I have got to get back in the game..really want to lose 30 more and it's a shame I haven't gone back to the doctor. I think a slight unfill may be the answer so I do t dread eating and can eat healthier! And I will pledge to you all that I will cut back and stop the slider foods!! I can do this and didn't have wls for nothing... I need to user tool!
