Hi all!! I just wanted some ideas on what Vitamins to take. My first month after banding , I was on Flinstone chewables 2 aday. Then I thought that I would move on to some "grown up" vitamins and tried liquid Centrum. It is horrible to me. I then tried Chewable Centrum, but it is chalky and I gag on it at times. I would love to be able to go back to the Flinstones, but am not sure if it is providing me with all that an adult needs. I'd like to get a survey of what vitamins work for you all. Your input is greatly appreciated,

Thanks ladies for your input. I think that I am going to try that One Source from Walmart. I also like the Caramel Viactivs.

Hello everybody!!! My name is Felicia and I'm 28 years old. I have been married 4 1/2 years and have a handsome 13month old son. I live In Houston, TX. I was banded by Dr. Hadar Spivak on March 3rd 2004. To date I have lost 23 lbs and have 2cc's in a 4cc band (1 fill). I would like to lose about 100 more lbs. I am currently 6'2 and 287lbs. Hopefully I will be getting another fill very soon.

Hi Carmen. I know how you feel. I was banded in March and have had one fill. I can still pretty much eat anything I want. Hopefully I will be going for my 2nd fill pretty soon. Hang in there.

Hello everybody!! I was finally banded on March 3rd, 2004. After many set backs (since Dec 2002) I am on the other side!! Although I really have not lost much weight, I am ok at the moment. After reading a lot of posts about pre-fill weightloss, it has kinda knocked me out of my depression. I have lost 5 lbs and that is more than I would have, had I not been banded. My doctor was Hadar Spivak (formally out of Baytown). He just recently moved his practice to Houston on a full time basis. He has done over 600 bands and was one of the physicians who participated in the US Trials. I believed that he may have done some bands in Mexico before the Trials. Just wanted to say hi and hopefully, we will hear from each other soon.
