I knew that...but apparently my coordinator thought it was ok to ignore it...? Ugh. The hardest part for me to understand is how they saw that I only had one prior years med records in my file & didnt question it. Just filed without even caring. Ugh. I'm an insurance agent myself & i know all about these companies & what they'll do to deny you. A tiny little mistake like this is just completely unprofessional. I'm so just smh... Thank you :} I *really* needed to hear that... I've been so much mess internally over this that I didn't even tell my BF until last night. So... I finally heard & it's not great news. I was denied bc my coordinator jumped the gun & submitted with missing pieces of information. They obviously didn't read the bulletin from Aetna which specifically states that they req 2 consecutive years wts. They only had medical records from 2009, which means I've been lied to &/or given misleading information multiple times by Aetna & my surgeons coordinator & her assistant. Last wk I had to re-request my records for my dr office (from old dr), which makes me crazy bc why did no1 realize that only having 2009 records was odd?!?? I switched drs a year ago. Im uber frustrated. So now, we wait for the records...& hope it's not too late for the appeal...bc I've lost my trust in my coordinator at this point. Guess yet ANOTHER date is gonna pass that I am not being sleeved on...this makes 3. Maybe January? I'm not even daring to imagine anymore. It doesn't feel real anymore... I have a new confession... I confess that I am getting really freakin annoyed with Aetna, as it's been 3-1/2 wks since my surgeon submitted. They said all was in order & now they are nit picking. So I'm just about ready to throw my hands in the air & say screw it, go do that veggie juice fast from the Fat, Sick & Nearly Dead, guy's documentary. Ugh. I'm still waiting. :\ Today is 3 weeks since submission...I'm starting to lose hope. The coordinator called Tuesday & told me that they are missing wt info from 2011, but have 2010, 2009...etc. That's bc I didn't go to the dr in 2011. 1st off, I wasn't sick & 2nd, I didn't have ins for an annual. So, idk...I may get penalized for being too healthy AND uninsured. She didn't seem worried at all, but I've seen a lot of ppl here with issues w/Aetna. I don't go to the local support meetings bc I'm on one side of the lake & they are on the other, & the meeting is held just after I get out of work. I'd like to make one before I hbe surgery, but idk if it will happen. Maybe now that the semester is ending & I'll get out a little earlier.... Fat burner is a great disc! I think I know which one you're talking about. If it's the one I'm thinking about, then it's fairly similar to the one disc in the set. My NUT said I can have Protein bars once I'm on solids again, but you have to be really careful of the carbs/sugars bc so many of them advertise high protein but if you look at the carbs, they are super high. I found a bar once that was 45g carbs...& very little Fiber to valance the carbs out.
