Since the beginning of pre op diet I have lost 7 inches in chest. Now I know some of it has to be back inches because I haven't needed a smaller cup size yet. But darn it. I don't want to lose my booby babies. How can I work out that area or keep them from shrinking?

These Buffalo chicken Bites are seriously amazing and one of the best Weight Watchers recipes I’ve ever made. They are a wonderful, much lighter alternative to traditional Buffalo chicken wings, but for a lot less Points. Each serving has just 3 Points +, making this an excellent dish to help you satisfy that Buffalo chicken craving. I like mine super spicy, so I served it with a side of extra Frank’s Red Hot Sauce, but they are also great as is, dipped into a low calorie ranch dressing or low calorie blue cheese dressing. Pair it with some celery for that authentic feel. These were so amazing, that my husband could not believe it was a light recipe. I’ll definitely be adding this to my list of must make Super Bowl Recipes too! Buffalo Chicken Bites Recipe A perfect low calorie alternative to Buffalo Chicken Wings! These Buffalo Chicken bites are amazingly delicious and just 3 Points + per serving. I am at a stand still, reached 290, some days its back up as high as 293, never under 290 though. cant figure out if I am doing something wrong, I know I am not as full as I used to be, get a fill the end of november and I sure hope it helps with a little more restriction. -

Sometimes shots or giving blood makes me light headed. (Possibly a bit of phobia) I used to be on the depo shot and was able to do that alone. Is it more painful than that. Do you guys usually take someone with you when you are filled?

Started a 24 put on a pair of 22s this am with no problem. And try weren't even stretch denim. One of my first pants goals is this cute pair of 18s white jeans that would be super cute with my scrub tops for work (clinic setting) and now it seems like that goal is actually plausible. Lol hooray
-
The last time I squeezed these jeans on was about 5 months ago and its because they are wide legged and more dressy and we were going out, I had to lay on the bed and suck it in and hold my breath to get them zipped and then was hardly able to move all night. now I was able to pull them on with ease and button and zip them easily and am even lounging in them on the couch!. woohoo

I have tried almost everything I went 8 days before last night I tried a tea called chiro kleenz. We sell it at the clinic I work at but I know amazon sells it too. It worked in just a couple hours

Camera angles are usually the answer. -
The look? Too goofy. The chewable kind from my doc office are "chocolate" flavor.

My pups were all over a year old and my kids were two and five. Plus three cats ages two one 1/2 and one. I took care of all of them just fine. I bet a puppy would be a welcome distraction.

Anyone In St. Louis Approaching Surgery Date?

Just banded mid October. In Springfield, Illinois about an hour and a half north of you. -
Most Omega 3s are fish oil capsules and cannot be broken apart or cut unless you specifically have a chewable version.
-
I take a Standard Process omega3 that is chewable. I get it through my chiropractor (as I do most if my nutritional needs)

Wow. Some of you are just so harsh with people. You can give opinions without sounding bossy and it is much better recepted.
