My loss has been slower than some because I need both knees replaced but I finally made it to ONEDERLAND!!!!! It has been a long time since I've seen a one on that scale. So glad I made the decision to embark on this journey!

Wouldn't how much you weigh to start with affect how much you lose? I've always heard the smaller you are the harder to lose. Just curious... -
I had surgery on the 27 th and have to do the clear liquids for 2 whole weeks. Energy level is very low. I would die for a protein shake!

I was banded on the 27th. This two weeks of clear liquids is definitly going to be hard. I keep telling myself that I should be able to live off body fat for 2 months. Lol. Good luck to all of us -

My surgery day is almost here. Have to be at the hospital at 11 am. I can't believe it! I'm quite sure I will get very little sleep tonight!

I had some real food a couple times so far. If I get too bad I have a piece of cheese, an egg or a tiny bit of cottage cheese. Just a little does the trick -
