Oh wow i read the label wrong, replace each meal with 3 packets of Optifast. I thought it was 3 a day. 3 packets for one meal equals to like 9 servings of optifast though. I should just stick to 5 then

What are some calorie free fluids besides tea and coffee?

The doc only told me have Optifast nothing else so 1 or 2 bags wont hurt would it? This is very low calorie right? Im 6 days away from surgeory and trying so hard to stick with this. Its not really cause i cant eat anything but im always starving
