I doubt this is normal..so like most Im tight in the morning..water goes down a bit hard or sits a bit before it clears..i drink something hot it gets better...so now after 2nd fill it seems I get stuck real easy..even with small bites and going slow...i have been bringing back up some and then I can resume eating..but its so much easier to eat after that initial purge...i seem to be developing a habit of this..so am I too tight? Did my band slip? Any advice appreciated...thx!

Ok we all know where Im going with this...old habits die hard! I can barely eat a third of what Im used to but still have the desire to load up my plate...am I alone here?

Its easily avoided..but old habits die hard...small bites..chew chew and chew again...and Wait between bites!

I love my band but Ive been challenging it alot. My only worries is it slipping ..i have irrational fears that it already has slipped. Thats my only issue. Oh and now my hair is shedding which is normal..but still scary. Ive lost 45lbs since sept 15th. And I had 3 to 5 weeks where my wt didnt change..

It feels like you swallowed a matchbox car. Sometimes it passes but it hurts. Sometimes it jyst passes no hurt. Other times your mouth will water then you have to bring it up which is easy because its still in your throat. I can just make like im gonna throw up and it just comes out. Im not sure if thats a pb. But thats what happens to me. I always get a stuck feeling in the morning if I try to eat before drinking something hot. Water goes down hard...But at night I can eat anything no prob...its weird.

I dont diet..dont plan too.

I still eat bread and tortillas..no problem!

Ive had two fills and I still eat pizza, thin crust..can eat about one slice..just depends..and im still losing!

Two months out and hair is coming out like crazy..so scary and depressing..u take biotin since before surgery.and still shedding so bad..my hair is not super thin or thick..was say medium..im so worried..i can tell its thinner..(

I had my 2nd fill today! First fill was 4cc and today 1cc. So 5cc in a 10cc band. Banded 10.23.12. Today he pulled out the 4cc to make sure there is no leak and then put back 5cc. No lidocaine needed. No leak..barely felt it..took less than a minute!

Hi, desperately seeking a band bud to talk to lean on and be leaned on for support through this new adventure! Banded 10.23.12 Was down 32lbs but gained 4lbs since mushies started..Struggling with thoughts of..what have I done! Etc etc!!

Getting fill #2 next wednesday! Its funny how things loosen up...two weeks ago mealtime was limited now its like I can eat alot more at once..trying not to but can...

I remember only wanting to go places if I could eat something "good"! The hardest part has been wanting to eat. Its all in the head! I still struggle with it but its getting better!

When I got my first fill I was having issues then they cleared up. Feel tight in the morning..but by afternoon / night I can chow ..feels like Im back to how I felt before with no fill...is this normal? I can eat pretty much anything...normal?

I usually have a hot drink then I can eat..cottage cheese..or yogurt ...not a big fan of eggs..sometimes leftovers..feel like im missing something..im gonna have a protein shake today..

No one is judging anybody. I was just curious to see what others have and where their fills are at.

Totally normal...this takes time..relax..follow the post op plan..everyday gets better..!
