Becoming grumpy I've lost almost 10 pounds all I want is to chew something. The shakes and soup are good but I want to chew I want something else besides soups, shakes, oatmeal and yogurt. So frustrating. Had to vent sorry -

Day number 4 started today, just weighed myself and I've dropped 3.5 pounds small step in my new journey. Got to thank the broth, atkin shakes, oatmeal, and jello. Surgery is a week away can't wait. -

I'm on a 10 day liquid diet protein shakes, broth, sugar free jello, a random egg her and there. I'm also allowed yogurt and cottage cheese which I can't stand its been tough day number 3 is today -
