Hi everyone, my name is Angela and I am being banded on Thursday Nov 8. I have been reading, reading, and reading some more on this forum for weeks trying to soak up all of the info that I can. Im so nervous but excited at the same time. I have had 2 c-sections so I know a little about the pain part of it. Im a little worried about the gas though as I get gas pains already normally without surgery..lol. Anyway...my question is, how does everyone get their Protein in while on the clear liquid phase? I know I wont be very hungry because I will be swollen but I cant imagine not getting weak or lightheaded if just drinking Water or Clear liquids for a few days. I'm anxious to get this part over with for sure!
