Don't be scared I am 2 months post op today and 21 kgs lighter the journey so far has been amazing literally everyday I se a difference. It's scary as well because it actually works I mean it really works !!! My best advise is when you go on to solids porridge for Breakfast yoghurt go lunch and then a dinner but just cut out all fried food and eat very slowly and chew well . I had my second fill yesterday soo I am now at 5 mil
Also avoid bread and potatoes believe me you can live without them.. The best of luck to you and your new life starts when you wake up in recovery lol..
