I am Jessica, and I have tried so many different diets with some success. But as soon as I think I know better the weight just comes back on. So after many years of struggling with this battle, I have decided to have the lap band procedure done. I have had my consultation a week ago, and am starting the process. My insurance has the 6-month wait period to see the dietitian and psychiatrist along with a few tests. I am excited and nervous all at the same time....
