I am almost two months post op. and have not been exercising for the past 3 weeks. I just cant seem to get up the energy to get on my elliptical or go to the gym. Anyone have any ideas on how to get motivated again -

I got my girst fill oct 30 and ever since i have non stop gas. I burp constantly throughout the day. Its so annoying. Does anyone else have this and how do u get rid of it I have tried gas-x and its not working. I also have only lost 7 pounds since surgery and i am eating right.
