I have problems with breads and most meats. And depends on my day what i can tolerate. In the morning i cannott eat anything so i just stick to liquids

Im now 245 pounds and 18/20 pants. 18s are a little snug. And 20s are baggy. 2x shirts. And some are 18/20 shirts

Ive lost half of my hair. Thank god i had thick hair before i started. I take biotien everyday and make sure i eat my protien
