I had surgery from TR Houston in December and I was very pleased. The only issue I had was I felt very rushed in post op care. So far I have lost 30lbs and it is the best decision I made for myself -

I fractured my ankle on Friday and have been in bed since Saturday. I have gained 5 pounds once I finally could balance myself on the scale. I guess my question is the doctor put me on steroids because My foot is The size of a football. Once I'm off the steroids will the extra weight come off ?

Is it true if you lose weight at a fast rate that your skin will sag ?

My first fill is the 16th. I didn't get any instructions. Are you suppose to be on clear liquids for a day ? NPO after midnight?

I had the band by true results in Houston. You do meet the surgeon in a pre op visit prior to surgery but as far as your after care it is done by the true results staff not the surgeon. Hope this helps. -

Anyone else sick with sore throat, cough, body aches ? I have had it for two days now. The coughing is starting to pull and hurt my port site!

What will be your January Challenge for 2013 ?

I think my challenge will be 10 lbs. I think that is reasonable. I found that the weather and work schedule keeps me from exercising here lately.Therefore I decided to join and gym next to work. Does it really help if the gym is next to your work? I guess I want have any excuses since I have to walk by it everyday to go home.Let me know what your goal is for this month. I would love to hear the inspirational stories. -

Good Point.. LMAO It is under the Community tab, select social groups, then search for us. I'm not sure you can do it from the app on your phone. You may have to go to the site on your phone or use your computer. NiKki -

Y'all I was banded on the 14th and I still get shoulder pain. I don't go for my first fill until the 19th and that is one of the questions I will be asking. Also ever since I've started mushies my weight lost has stopped and also my bathroom schedule. Go figure ! I'm from Texas and I'm glad the Cowgirls lost too !
