Thanks dawalsh...I have lost 32 pounds in 5 weeks and I dont have my band yet...i think not drink the diet coke is a big factor in that. Good luck to you too!!

I stopped drinking Diet Coke 5 weeks ago...I dont miss it but I had about a half of a can yesterday and i woke up in the morning and gained 4 pounds!!! Can the soda do that. I only eat 900 cals a day so i know that wasnt it. I have been loosing about a pound a day.

I agree with Destinedladyd...We have had the choc truffle Roadside lemonade (Love this one) and the Vanilla. You can add anything to the Vanilla one!!! The kiwi straw was not my fav. Not a fan of artificial strawberry.

My Hubby loves the Chocolate Truffle too!! Please let me know michpell39 when you try the lemonaid!!

What kind do you have? I tried the Strawberry Kiwi and i really didn't like it.
