Well going to my band surgeon today , but it kind of sucks with my hormones out of wack , because just 2 weeks ago I was down to 165 , now I am back up to 186 I don't get it ad yes I am also eating right and still do my protein drinks and I a drinking my Isopure 3 times a day sometimes 4 and they have 40 grams of protein in 1 bottle , I am also takig my thyroid medicine so I don't get it , I a not happy at this moment .
