Went to Lapband Doc today , found out I have 10cc's in my 14cc band thought it was 11 or 12 but it was 10 , no fill as he asked how I felt and said you have lost a 100lbs with excitement in his voice and said remember when I first met you and asked if I knew where my cane was or if I threw it away , I said no I keep it in my trunk as a reminder of how big I was and had to ise it to hold up my weight and legs because I couldn't walk with out it , and now almost 2 yrs, I have been able to move comfortabally , except for my back issues, , I am o happy another 50 to go and I will be at my goal .
