For a moment I was thinking here we go our outreach & supporters that we started with or got to know on the site were leaving little by little , I only see a few , it's this what it has come to , because WE are out doing our stuff since we can move easier now well , I still check in because I still need to .

Just a hint freeze the jello or pudding sugar free of course, & stick with the sugar free popsicles & shake it will be so worth it ,for me even almost 3 years out I keep in mind what I went through & how much it cost , or things I was not able to do but can now , follow your Surgeons orders & before you know it you will love the choice you made to be banded.

It feels amazing, right especially when you think you're one size but you're really another & the things that we thought wouldn't look good on us do , from where we started till now & going.

Well it may be a day late for Mother's day but I received some Great news today my Second Son has received the Scholarship award I was trying to get through work it took 3 years but he finally received it, just in time for him to Graduate from college this year in the amount of$5,000.00 & my Youngest son after everything has made student of the month at the continuation school he goes to & he had a accident last Wednesday so I had to take him to the emergency room & he got staples in his leg but it's healing already ,School told him take a few days off & today he was home & said words I thought he would never say in his or my life time he asked me if I could take him to school because he was bored at home , what a difference from a year ago & he had a job for a few weeks, now he's looking & networking on his own for another & The inches are coming off of me so all is good .

@@lisacaron Looks like a lot of work to me , but you & your husband are looking GREAT , is that your Son in the other picture with you ?

Yes I have , & yes it was 3 protein shakes a day & a salad with ground chicken or turkey for dinner & plenty of water but when I stopped I would put about 5 lbs back on ,so I just eat a bit usually a lot of protein first for me & some veggies but I really watch my sugar & carb intake ,but for me with carbs my band says I don't like this so I really don't do carbs but this is just me & how my band & body works.

I guess it's that time of year because I went to my Pcp & they said I had lost 13 more lbs since I seen them a couple of months ago & I noticed even with my belt holding up my pants that they were getting loose , so I thought let me stop by & check out some pants for work , I also took in different sizes started with a size 18 on down to a 12 & I fit in the 12 ,however I don't like my pants real tight because I am scared because I used to have Major I. B. S. SO I settled for the 14 , Yes I start crying in the dressing room every time this happens it's been a while , but I am happy so even though the scale doesn't more quick enough for me , I guess the inches do because I don't feel or see what everyone one else sees until they bring it up, I am loving that I went from a size 26_28 W to a 12_14 depends on the make .

I just go back to the pre op doet instructions for about a week then I may do my protein shakes for a couple days & of course walking it seems to help me , but that's just me .

@ Julie Norton , awesomeness. & @ Lisa Caron this is why I check every day on here so it reminds me not to do some of the eating habits I dod in the past & why I got wls this reminds me .

@ Alex Brecher you are so Awesome THANK YOU , but I think I may be able to get it in time I really hope so , so I can go again , I just thought I would ask do the Wlsfa always do these in San Diego in California , I know they do them in other areas & States or at least I think so , & I truly understand , my children are my everything & my family is first so I get it as I am a single parent .

Interesting , I knew about some of the wls had dumping syndrome , never knew or have heard about the band having it , however there are some foods that I know if I eat them , It only takes like a 1/2_hour before I'm in the restroom , yes I know TMI but if it helps someone to understand then I'm all for it , THANK YOU like I said very interesting , I will have to ask my Surgeon if he ever heard of it with the band .

I think they were also trying to get Rosie O'Donnell , I am trying & thinking maybe I will put like $5,00 away each week so I may have the money to go again when the event comes around again in California , because I had SO much fun.

I forgot her name YES they have banners on because they won the costume contest for 40s night , His name is George Seifert or something like that , I forgot his name on our bariatric pal site but he is on here from time to time he is a fellow bander , I think I met Sandi , I don't remember I met SO many people.

Do I Really have to say anything because you know how I feel & you are wonderful.

Oh! I forgot to say the picture of the stuff I displayed on my table in my Hotel is NOT EVEN HALF OF IT , so YOU can imagine I only took a little roll on case & 1 cary on bag so if YOU ever go to one of these Wlsfa seminar conventions make sure you take a extra case to bring back a LOT of stuff in LOL , seriously though, I forgot my wedges , but I remembered my flip flops , I am so glad I remembered my Tennis shoes though .

Ok I am flooding you people with pictures so here it goes because The Meet & Greet was SO MUCH FUN , I got some good information & LOTS of PROTEIN goodies & met SO many people , SO You Wanted pictures , however I'm going to put this out there my LBD doesn't look that good on me because it is getting a bit loose on me & the blue T shirt that was in with one of the goodie bags is a Xl & I can fit into a LG & Medium so it looks big on me I didn't think so when I looked in the mirror but when I looked at the Pics I could tell , they even had 2 Plastic surgeons doing free consults , but I'm just not ready 30 # more to go , & I won a poster in a raffle I will take a pic with that later , good food , drinks & dancing lots of fun games & other things & you will see the view I had from my room , ok you wanted pics.

OK since this is the VIP room , I went to the Wlsfa Meet & Greet with Carnie Wilson 2015 That Alex Brecher had informed us about , so I will flood this & other places if you people don't mind because it was informative & a great time Even the sponsors were great & lots to do at these , I even got a LOT of protein & sugar free or gluten free stuff & I won a poster in a raffle , & met SO many people there is always something to talk about at one point I was even thinking about getting a free consultation from one of the Plastic surgeons that were there but I still want these last 30#s that I want off, not my surgeon but me , my band surgeon is satisfied with my results. Yes , Carnie Wilson , One of the Lady's from the show My 600lb life & one of the guy's from Real World & Road Rule challenges THE MAN ! WHO invented the Lapland The twins from either the show My BARIATRIC life or 600 lb life & The Man in the yellow tie & suit is on the Bariatric pal site , these are just some of the people I got to meet .

Haven't figured how to Skype yet but if I ever do you know I will Skype with you for sure , I will see if my Son can show me Lol.

@ Julie Norton, & any one else sorry I thought I posted the the pics of the view from my Hotel room & The one of The twin sisters also from either My Bariatric or 600lb life also with them , , well hopefully I will get them now, there's a ton of pics Lol but I think I posted the most important ones & the stuff I displayed v& laid out of all the vitamins & protein stuff is not even half of what I got .

The blue T shirt I'm wearing is a XL , looking at it, it looks big on me but I do fit in Lg & Mediums depends on the style & , who it's made buy I guess.

@ Alex Brecher This is the only way I have found to post the MANY PICS from the Meet & Greet in San Diego California 2015 I put @ Alex Brecher , however this is Really for anyone who has supported me & that I communicate with on the site & people that might want to go to these events , they are a Lot of fun , as you can only see a little bit of what they do.
