At least you can post pics , how and you look slim in those ,now don't cover up with the over sized shirt lol cause you should be proud of what you have accomplished , we are so used to covering to hide , look at you showing off I am jelous I want to show of to lol I will soon as they get the site fixed you keep showing us though still a inspiring person, ya you and a few others ,so awesome.

Did I hear right that one of the contestants had lapband surgery , wonder what happen if I heard that right I hope this doesn't happen to me if so , I do like watching though and of course I a going to say I USED to EAT while watching it , now I can only drink if I am watching it cause I and my tool have curbed the eating part for the better and healthier way instead of other sugary filled or startched foods, I am happy with my tool and have lost also walking so it was for the better all the way (around) lol

I had the same thing happen once , all I did was walk for 10 in around the house did dishes by hand and then I took a a small sip of cold Water to see if the water stayed down or not , cause I don't drink when I eat and I have to wait 15-30 in after so I took a small sip and it didn't stay down so I waited again and all was fine I don't like the real, real stuck sliming episodes , there no good at all.

How cool that you are making small goals and hitting them , keep it up or should I say down lol

That's ok people we all have our struggles but it was easy to be overweight and have health problems or just being embarassed at times , we got this tool to help us so it does take time and work also so don't be discouraged I have seen on here where it took some 2-3 yrs. to hit goal so just keep going ,it might take us a bit longer but I hope we get there and my weight does fluctuate up & down , but I keep pushing on.

Rest and next tie you see your doc tell them about it so they can check also you will get different pains so just take it easy unless you really can not bare the pain , do log the pains though and questions so you don't forget to ask your doc. as we tend to forget things so keep a small note pad handy just for your band surgeon , I do it for my reg. doc (pcp) and for y band surgeon.

The port usually most people can't feel it till you start losing cause it is buried under the musle sometimes and as you lose , you will notice it more it is a funny little bump mine goes up and down meaning I can feel it right under my faint scar on the left, right above my belly button when I am laying down , but when I stand up it goes above the scar also if I am full then I can feel it a lot and it says don't even try to eat lol also you should ask your doc if it is normal and have him/her to check it for you , I a a yr. banded so , hope all goes well for you.

Laugh now cause you will be Smiling another way later when it goes down and so will your Husband , lol just ask CG and others about their signifagant others how much has and is changing for their love and intimate moments lol.

Where did you get banded and Where is your docor located I was banded at Marina Del Rey ,but I go get my fills in Costa Mesa by my doc. cause that is where he is twice a week as I went to Dr. Oliak and my ins. would approve it for as much as he wanted and it is to bad cause he is like 10-15 in away from my house and the hospital is only 30 min away , you can look at my profile ,post and even my gallery , I do need to update but the site won't let me upload pics right now , we'll go from there then you can p.m. me if you want and I should receive it, then ,let me know where you live I will say I live in Orange county , just hope it is not to far.

Alex had posted to me last week and said the tenth , well that didn't happen so I sent about 3 more messages as we our not able to post, upload , chat or oter things on this site I messaged him that some of us don't have the support from family and friends so some of us do turn to this site for support , encouragement and to even see about the negative and complications , or whatever the case may be and to log even our updates and progress pics , that has not happen yet , however I have seen a few pics pop up so I have NO IDEA WHAT IS GOING ON AS IT STILL SAYS I DON'T HAVE PERMISSION .

I asked my brother to record the series season so I can watch it fro the dvr on my day off .

By the way the pull that you feel is the muscle you didn't use or knew we had and it will pull here and there so it is normal and I couldn't feel my port at the beginning either , tho it is buried way down as I am losing weight I feel it more and ore specially if I am full and believe me I know when I am full or the stop signals begin , you will get scared, worried , and then before you know it you will be having nsv's and working with the tool as we all have to learn as our journey's continue.

I wish I could help , however I have detteriating, degenerating bulging discs in y back , so I do the icy hot roll on and sleep with a hot water agaist y back every night as I can make it as firm as I want cause a heating pad just won't work for me , but talk with your doc so maybe they can figure something out,

Just tell her it is due to stoache and upper G I problems and see if your Doc will put you on disability for as long as you need if you have to lift otherwise just tell your boss that you have had, had problems in the past with your stomache and your doc wants you to go in for surgery then it is your choice weather you want to tell her / him or not and really by law they can not ask you but most will if it is ore than 2 days of missing work so it is your choice and ask your doc if they can word it in a way that they don't need to know.

What does your doc say to do after you get a fill and I a yr out and I can take about 2-3 bites of food then I have to stop for about 15 min. before I can eat a couple more bites , but my band says oh your putting solids in oh ok then it will rumble and then I am fine , speaking for myself and I have poted this before my doc says 2 days of liquids then 2 days mushies after a fill , so ask your doc, what is going on , maybe they'll help, I a able to ask my doc anything I love it.

Moving , , being able to walk without, a cane , People you live with and see you every day say oh you have your skinny pans on and many more it is like alost every week there is a nsv soe to post and some you just take laugh and run with it , I had a person at work say even your belly, stomache is getting flatter oh and being able just to bend over that is a big one or looking for soething that fell under somewhere and you don't have to reach for something just to get off the floor or ground.

If anything is uncomfortable always ask the doc if that or a second opinon or pcp's can't find anything and anytime you are in that much pain I know if it was me I would go immediately to the E.R. as they have more equipment and more Staff on hand to figure out what might be happening , I just found out this week that my band is laying flat , doc is not worried , since I am losing just fine he just doesn't like the way it's laying , so I may have to go for him just to make sure everything is o k & in place so I am not worried but we will see in 4 weeks what my doc wants to do , Hopefully I don't have a leak but he said everything went down fine and stayed ,and I have 11 cc's in a 14 cc band and still losing so , I hope you get some kind of help and hopefully they can find out and you can get comfort and peace of mind.

I think they are having a lot of issues trying to update the system , some people can't blog ,upload pics or even edit on their profile I get notifications but I am not able to respond or even p m anyone so I hope they get it fixed soon I have been trying for a month and it will say I don't have permission for certain things I really hope they fix it soon,

I forgot one the other day I had bought my first two outfits never wore them before and I was wearing one and my Mother of all people said oh you are losing and have lost a lot I see your wearing your skinny pants I thought to myself really but I just took the compliment and said thankyou as she see's me everyday I live with the woman so it is kind of nice when the people that see you everyday notice I just thought it was funny.

This person said they had a problem with their band , not sure what problem , but remember people , this is what their Doc. said to do , and we all say listen to your doc unless the doc is not very nice, just saying this so just remember people.

What are you going to do after you lose all the weight , does the band come out and are you going to have another surgery , so at this point and time I told them right now I am just working on being more healthy and that shuts them up.

Hey at least you did it just think you know you wouldn't have done that a yr agoand just look at your results as you look at your pics , that is AWSOME!!!!!!!.
