WellI had 3 bites of orange chipotle prime rib 2 of broccoli , 2 of brussle sprouts 3 of liced carrots then I wanted a few olives but my trigger was their so I had to stop , this was my xmas dinner and I am satisified , hope everyone ate good and right , also I hope you all had a good time .

Day 5 and sharp pain!

It is where they stiched your band to your muscle also they do pump us full of air at time of surgery , it will take time to heal and you are still recovering so I would not try to bend I had to sleep with a bunch of pillows and take one by one off till I could get up at all and I would take it real easy, you can walk a bit but don't over excert yourself , have some one help you if you can until you feel better and don't lift any thing , also I could only sleep on my back for the first couple of weeks and some people slept in their recliners I slept almost sitting up with all those pillows but eventually I could sleep on my side and eve on my stomache after bout a month , hope you feel better , good luck on your journey, -

If your not sure call your surgeon and have them take a look or if you can't get ahold of your surgeon then go to the E.R immediataley also You are still healing why would you want to exert yourself it takes at least a month to fully recover I know some of us it only takes a few days to a week to feel good but not healed from surgery just to feel good , so you probally stained yourself to much after so little time , please go call your surgeon so they can see or go immediately to E. R. don't wait till it gets worse, and e more careful. -

Ego boost , I went to my old store to just say hi to some of my old coworkers, as I was walking towards the Deli 1 of them (he) said to my other coworker (she) said look here comes Debbie so she was lookin straight at me and asked him where ? , as I got closer smiling with excitement I could see the looks on their faces it was great , she said he had told her and she said , she didn' t regconize me and of corse they all said that I looked amazing , that's why I said ego boost , e...

I was taking my son to school this morning and we we're talking , something came up and he said let e make some flubber buber jokes before you become real skinny I just laughed and thought to myself I must be losing , if he made a stament like that as you see I took it as a positive thing., then I told him to be quiet or I would smack him with my wings lol .

Oh we have always been humorous I will tell them about them also & if the line is crossed and I feel hurt I will let them know, all my kids & I have had a open relationship since they were little as a single Mother of bboys I have had to do the talk & show them other things so we are cool like that , they know they can talk to me about any thing.

To the banders who are having trouble just getting to the lapband site , you have to go to your settings or profile settings and scroll down to where it says what type of surgery put in Lapband and make sure it sticks save the change at the bottom , then it only brings up the lapband site hen you log in , it took a little while but Alex had posted and let us know and anytime I log on it goes straight to this site and not the other ones, now for chatting or blogging I guess you still have to go to community and click on one and hope it goes to the lapband blog or click on the chat if u want to chat but it does let you know who's on in the chat site on Lapband site , I hope this helped someone or anyone lol for us banders.

For my pic that I have updated just scroll o the botto of the Lapband post op page ad I a the one holding the tablet in front to take y pic , so if any of us banders want to post pics or update ones , we can see them at the bottom of the post op page , that's how I found it just by scrolling All the way down.

I have updated a pic , I was very tired running around all day , but I was not sitting still , it was my second baby boys B. Day so we did things andI felt good about myself so I had to take a pic 15 onths post op , 20 yrs. ago taday I got a belated B. day presen , ya 14 days after my B. Day lol it was him my son.

Again I had to work at another store for 3 days and most of the girls I work with new me cause I have worked with them before well some of them hadn't seen me in a yr , so when each one of them saw me at different ties they we're like wow you have lost a lot of weight you, can see it in your face , breast and backside , each time we all laughed but I guess this was my latest nsv I still have the fat goggles on so I don't see it but I guess others will let me know and that's ok with me just encourages me more that I am doing the right thing with the help from my tool (band) , -

Glad to know , a lot could have happened , and if you were wandering why you made have got a few head aches, or were real sleepy , that gas leak may have been the problem also it was a good thing you didn't light nothing around it , OMG , well I am glad the gas company found and fixed it. -
Popped Incision Open While Overexerting Myself

Can someone please inform us banders what is tunneling and make sure to let us know if we or not sure what to do if we, they think their incision is opening, thankyou, and to you jcrosland I for one am glad you took the suggestion and went to see your Doc or surgeon and they took care of you as you should also take care of yourself.
