Oh!,but so true I was wearing a size 13 in the just my size a year ago , now I wear a size 8 &9 in normal under wear, so yes it does work and I love and am also working the band.

Another Star , We are not Actresses, or Hollywood Stars ,but we are stars that are moving.:-).

Love the pics and everybody can see the transformation , they need to put these pics of you at your surgeons office so that if anyone is thinking about having wls they can meet or ask you questions , you have came a long way and by reading the comments it looks like you are paying it forward for others already and have done so in the past and it gives me hope from a lot of you people , I for one especially love where it says 2.5 years , as you know I am also 2012 bandster and I was hoping to be at goal in my first yr, now I am just hoping to be at goal by my 2nd yr if not , well I will still get there, and what we couldn't do before and what we can do now even the little things that we can do now is what makes us happy and being healthy is one of the many things , Thank You for telling your story , so us and others can see it does work if you work with it. :)

Wow while I was visiting my so in Utah I was staying at a Hotel that had a swimming pool so after our visits I would go to the pool and I did 5 laps across and 15 in. of jogging , then 20 jumping jacks in the water, so refreshing, and 2 days n a row we went hiking and to top off the end of our visit on our last day together we hiked up to go zip lining and hiked backed down to the car and then I had to take him back then I ran through the airport in Salt Lake City Utah to catch my flight that they held for me because I was almost late for the flight , but I made it and got home to Calif. , now it's back to work , and I will be dancing to the oldies by Richard Simmons cd, and walking to get my exercise .

So I had a busy week and got a lot of exercise also I am drained and have one day to just relax and re cooperate then it is back to being stressed and work , I had a great time visiting my son and we did quite a few things , I will try to post some pics later and I can cross off zip lining from my bucket list , yes at the age of 50 I went zip lining , and this is a Women who is afraid of heights, but I am proud of my self and did it , the energy I have now since being banded even my son was surprised that I hiked and zipped lined and didn't get out of breath or have to stop and rest .

Where is the pic of you playing dress up lol , we want to see the tiny skirt be proud and show off your stuff , as you see I am nt small but I am smaller than I was almost 2 yrs. ago and I will never be thin or skinny but I will and am more healthy than I was except for when I was carrying all my weight it did a number on my breathing and back for sure of course it doesn't help I smoke but like I said carrying all that weight was not good and Really didn't even realize it but I am now so be proud of your self and show off.

You do the same as you did and just save the changes and you will notice changes in a couple of months.

Ok here is another one to add to Selfies fro me I just noticed how smaller my face is and I have a neck , also I do notice the gobbler has marks from where the fat , yes I said it from my triple chins used to be.

Really 2 yrs. can you believe how much lol has gone like , what is it 168 lbs and for the apron you can't even tell , hope everything goes how you want from your plastic surgeon and your healthy new beginning life again.

Readysetgo I totally understand this as I got on the top step of the 2 step little plastic stepper at work and it didb;t feel like it was going to break , I don't see the smaller e when I look in any mirror but I do see it when I look at my pictures and I noticed my face and my collar bones in the pics that I posted , I looked at it and thought to my self WOW my face looks thinner that's how I noticed and of course the smaller fitting clothes .

I will try to post more pics as I found out how to on my Android phone, this was me watching cover bands at a carnival this weekend the first weekend in June to kick off this summer and I also am going to see my son in Utah next week so I a flying again , watching the cover bands though , dancing and singing I lost 4 lbs had a great tie my video's won't post though so I will just say what cover bands there were , Bon Jovi, U2,2nd da was Rush and Journey, then the last night it was a oldies band and to end the weekend at night it was a cover for Elton John , that's why I had the light up bow and lght up glasses on sooooooo much fun . this pic is one of y friends and her Mother friend on the right , her Mother on the Left.

Yes under her profile , but in her paragraph post read it all the way a little ways under where she is talking about when she goes out to lunch or has lunch with people and I was trying to help because I know she has the band I have been communicating since we started , but if any newbies really read I want it to be accurate for them , because she is a great person and could be a motivator for someone else also, I on a laptop.
