Well as everyone should or probably knows , when WE WERE HEAVIER it took a toll on our bodies & I guess this caught up with mine , it is starting to get better & I am being able to walk again but I'm not able to walk or dance like I was but I WILL get there soon. Debbie3sons

Ugh not going to be able to get out & Go dancing or even just walking for about 3 week's unfortunately I just found out because my Left leg was on fire & hurting me , so OF COURSE I went to my PCP & She did X-rays & We found out I have athoritus all in my legv& on my tendons , might have fibromyalgia but we're not testing that yet , so now I'm having to apply for Disability & I already planned & got my tickets for vacation to Louisiana & Texas before this happened , but I'm still going my Boy's will help me , it will all be good. OK I was able to post pictures by using the attachment but they are sideways & upside down again where as before they would be upright when posting , I don't really want to have to use the attachment every time I want to post pictures but if I have to , I guess that's what I'll do , Please keep working to fix these issues Thank-you. Where is the little tab that used to be when replying you could upload pictures ,that one was SO EASY for me now I can not able to post any , also it looks like all the different types of Wls are combined again , me being a Bander just want to be on the Banded sites , because that is MY prefence , I was & thought I was on a Banded sitev& was trying to give someone encouragement &:post pictures of Before & after come to find out it is a Sleeve site & so some of the stuff I used to go to I have to search every time. Here is a before & after from 320#s to 165 for me it took 3 yrs but some people it only takes a few months to a year , but EVERYONE ID different & has different situations or health types, so this is Me. @@JustWatchMe hope things get better , yes us being parents NO matter how old our kids are they are still our babies & definitely get afraid when their not close or when their sick it is VERY Scarry to us as parents. @@jfc193 like Lisacaron said Man card in tact , good read for us , because some of us fall off, stall & try to get back on & yesterday is yesterday , today is today , Thank-you for that .

I was going to say the same thing about being hydrated because Dehydrated is really bad for Banders & I have gotten headaches v& dizziness from being Dehydrated, always try to have water near by even if it's just to be able to take a little sip .

I also only stayed overnight , only because my temp., always goes up, but it was only a overnight stay.

I am 52 & was banded 3 years ago took some time but if YOU work on YOUR part the band will also help but YOU also have to do YOUR part to be successful , I was banded at 50 & I have lost 155#s so yes Men & Women it works if you work it.

Another day that is celebrated with candy & sweets ugh , it's not so bad if it's sugar free right , but to all that are celebrating this day remember portion control & enjoy it & for all the single people it's Single Awareness day & spend it with friends out to a healthy brunch or dinner , Happy Valentine's Day to all.

@ JustWatchMe , I have never had a Elk burger thought about it one time when I was in Utah visiting , however I did have Elk jerky & it was good & a very long time ago when I was younger , I had Elk Steak - it was tender & delicious even though I had to have it medium well , because I don't like my food still bleeding LOL & I love Filet Mignon as long as it's cooked right & also not bleeding , I swear the things We try now , I would have Never have tried before because I would think how gross but proteins are good for us right LOL.

Good to hear from you Terry gotta check in once in a while , We all struggle at times & sometimes you just have to get it out , because yes some of us don't get the positive support that WE need from Family or coworkers & some people just don't understand , now with that being said I have gotten my life back started 3 years ago when I chose to get banded , but even more in the last 2 years since my Boys (children) ate older , I get to go out & dance, sing or just meet up with people ( friends) & dating nothing serious ad I don't have time because between Family, work & going out , I'm not ready , OK I could go on but, I won't for now. @ Terry it was good to read that you stopped to check in , also just a suggestion ad always but if you wanted you could always try the 5 day pouch test or go back to the pre op diet instructions to see if it helps any & I don't know , really none of my business but maybe a couple of fills wouldn't hurt like I said just suggestions.

@ Lisacaron SO TRUE , but yes follow up & the cardiologist will let you know why or what's happening because they are trained better & know what to look for , I have a BIG History of Heart problems in my family on both sides so my whole family has to be checked every year.

@@lisacaron that is what my Mother went through till they finally put the pacemaker in & she still has trouble , but for her I think it's because of her weight & for the first 3 days it kept shocking her , I hope you maybe only have to take medication & not the alternative but you know We all wish the best for you.

Lisa you are to funny but hopefully it won't be to bad & they can take the monitor from you , we wouldn't want you to zap anyone v, but just think of your self as electrifying Lol The movie Grease just popped in my head , I can see your eyes now when the monitor flares up Lol, no but really hope it gets better for you.

No problem I have a REAL bad memory & get confused REALLY EASILY any how.
