Try it after your pouch is full and you will find out very quickly ....OUCH:omg: You will not do it again :welldone2:

Banannas were always a tough one for me to eat.. got stuck alot, gave me the golf ball feeling and made me constipated..If you are looking for a fruit with potassium, kiwis are loaded with it and are easier to get down for us bandsters. Just my opinion :welldone2:

OK OK Call me crazy but I'm desperate Being bandless is harder and harder each day..more so since I started a hormone regimen 2 weeks ago..my hunger at nightime has really kicked in. I lock myself in my room at 5:00 pm every night and practically chain myself to my bed and threaten my DH to kick my ass if he even remotel;y sees me near the fridge or cupboards... SO.... I just printed out 10 - 5x7's of my before picture and taped one to the refirgerator, one to the food cupboard, one to my husbands candy cupboard..one to my bathroom mirror, one to the bathroom mirror in the guest bathroom..one to carry in my purse..one taped to my closet, one taped to my armoire..one for the visor of my car...and one for my desk at work. ..if the sight of seeing that picture doesnt keep me from eating then nothing will tonight Iam going to have my son take an after pic and Iam going to print out 10 -5x7's of it and place them next to all of the before 5x7's I placed all over the house...I'm hopeful seeing the accomplishment I have achieved will keep me from eating, becasue as the saying says " NOTHING TASTES AS GOOD AS SKINNY FEELS! " I WILL NOT GAIN THIS WEGHT BACK...I WILL NOT GAIN THIS WEIGHT BACK!! THIS IS MY BEFORE PICTURE AT 265 LBS..IAM NOW CURRENTLY 161

Well my opinion differs from the rest here....I have an 18 yr old son who is Bi-Polar, his medicine of choice is pot...we have tried all of theor Bi-polar meds and none seem to work like the pot does. the pot seems to keep his moods stable and he can lead a normal productive life....I have two other boys and my 18yr old knows if he is going to smoke here it has to be outside and when the other boys are not home.. My son gets good grades, he is a good young man with a level head on his shoulders, he does not drink alcohol or smoke cigarrettes or do any other drugs, his pot is for medicinal purposes only..

Have I missed something or some threads.. I have been a member here for 2 yrs now and this past week I keep hearing about people wanting to leave or take a break because of certain threads or things going on here..I must be blind or stupid..I havent seen anything to that extent..or is this all going on in the PM world here? -
Ouch! You poor thing.. I am professional tanner and that 17yr old behind the desk should be fired..no one their first time regardless of what bed should go for 25 minutes..I tan all year round and I only go a maximum of 15 minutes depending on the bed..( and Iam tan) I just came from my tanning salon and went to the 8 minute stand up bed.. I'm glad to hear you are feeling a little better.. love the heart though

I had one, my doctor reccomends one between 18 - 24 months post op..I had mine at 18 months, he says if ersoion will occur it most likely will between the 18 -24 month mark...I had no symptoms of erosion but I was eroded, not bad but enough to have my band removed I caught mine early.
