I too always keep bottled water that way I know I will have something. I can't stand water from a faucet. -
Me too! Im down to 236 fingers and toes crossed I will lose more by then and will fit ok. I think if there are any empty seats I may ask to move. Just to be more comfortable.

Ok good. I read on the airline website the seat size and i was thinking no ones rear could fit in that tiny seat. Lol. I am a worrier anyways this just gives me something else to worry about

My dr told me every once in a while would not hurt but my NUT said absolutely not. I look at like if i drink it i will think one more can't hurt. I would just rather not drink at all. I like saying that I have not had any in several months. But I know what you mean about nothing else to drink. I now always try to think ahead about my food and drink. Maybe get some bottled water to keep over there. -
My husband says i will br fine but I know when i sit my rear is bigger than 18 inches. When do they make u buy another seat?

I am flying for the first time at the end of December. I am very nervous. Im also nervous my butt will be to big for the seat. I have lost 44 pounds but I have heard the seats are only 17-18 inches wide.

I use my fitness pal to track. I do better w it during the week. The weekends I seem to forget. I use it mostly just to see how many calories something is.

Since my surgery my weight stays the same or goes down. I haven't seen it go up.

I lost 2 pounds. I weighed this morning and then tonight and I weigh the same. So fingers crossed I lost more today. Fells so good to lose during the holidays when everyone else is gaining. I am leaving for NYC in a month and hoping I will down my first 50 pounds. Down 43 so far.

I also have gas out of both ends. My husband laughs and says he has never heard a woman sound like me.

I tried MOM, stool softners, myralax(sp), rx suppositories, nothing worked. I was afraid a visit to the er was in my future. Finally magnesium citrate worked.

I am obsessed with weighing. I weigh every morning and every night. I love it when I weigh the same as I did that morning. I too weigh after I go to the bathroom. Lol. Sometimes I will weigh several times before leaving the house in mornings when I gave lost because I love to see the scales move down. -

If you are taking zofran for nausea that will really constipate you. I was taking it almost every other day. I also have IBS-C. So I was miserable . I didnt know that zofran did that so every thing I took to make me go didn't work due to me still taking the zofran. I was finally able to stop the zofran. I now take a rx for ibs, myralax and 2 stool softners.
