I am 1 yr out today, I was scared, but it was the best decision of my life, I'm down 73 lbs & even with some bumps in the road (spinal fusion this past June) I am happy with my results, you get what you give, if your dedicated u will do great, if not, then maybe u should re-think... I'm 20lbs from goal & I would do it all again in a second welcome, & good luck to you all
