Hello all, I had my band done back in 2009, but im in the need for some support getting back on track..i lost 75lbs and since being out of work for a year have gained back about half...it makes me sick..i just wish I had someone around by me to kick my butt and workout with..any helpful words is welcome!

I had my band done 6/9/09...did well dropped 75lbs then a year ago I lost my job and went back to school and have fell off the wagon..help!? Anyone
