Thanks yall, Im getting all my stuff together and counting down the day to my visist. I will call the insurance Mondy for sure, I didnt know I could do that before going to the dr.

Hello, My name is Kelly Im going to my 1st visit on Oct 15, and not sure really what to expect or what to ask. I have tried so many diets Im over the word diet. What should I take with me to the visit to get the paper work started? Im hoping to have this done before christmas. How long does it take to get everything approved? thanks for any help, just want to get back to the old me. Kelly
