Recipe Details Mock Caprese salad 2 Servings, Prep Time: 10 Minutes, Cook Time: Description Fresh mozzarella is expensive. I love caprese and came up with this. I use fat-free cottage cheese to make it really low calorie. Ingredients 1 cup fat-free cottage cheese 2 tomatoes, chopped 1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil leaves, or to taste 1/2 teaspoon salt freshly ground black pepper to taste 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar (optional) Directions Combine cottage cheese, tomatoes, basil, salt, and black pepper in a bowl. Stir in balsamic vinegar. Is it possible to dink too much water at one time? if while trying to hit my daily 60 oz, and my pouch feels 'full' after maybe 10 oz of water, can that stretch/damage my pouch?

yes...ive always loved water, never into sodas. I also love the liquid flavor drops added to water....the sweet tea drops are really good

Thank you for the replies...I know it seems silly but I've worried for a while about the really full feeling after drinking a full glass of water....i dont have trouble with swallowing or keeping it down....just concerned if over 6 ounces could stretch it.....thx!
