take a spare pillow to help you sit up,, and also to put next to your belly while you sleep,, it helped me sleep on my side,, otherwise i wouldnt have gotten any sleep :/
i love this group,, well i am16 days out and i go back to work on monday,, kinda nervous to see how that effects my eating cuz ive kinda got it down pat now,,
also everyone ive found these amazing books "simply to good to be true"
they are recipe books written by a lady who lost 70kg in a year just by eating whats in these books,, the recipes are sooo yummy and soo easy to cook,, each recipe even has the calorie and protien and carb intake chart down the bottom of each recipe
