It has been 2 weeks since my surgery and feeling like my old self. I have a protein shake in the morning and sweet potato for dinner. I try to eat out of a 1 cup mug so I know how much to eat. As of today I have lost 20lb -

Feeling much better had my surgery Saturday have a lot of gas in my chest hopefully that will all go away but overall today's a much better today -

Had my surgery yesterday and I feel pretty good. I have had some heart burn And maybe 2 cups of water and half bowl of chicken broth. I have been ever where today and really not have Rested. -
