I had a sleep study done, found out I have sleep apnea.. yes the wires connected to yourt head and body are a bit bothersome.. I was a bit hot from them and kept waking up.. the tech was really nice and helpful.. It was weird knowing they had on a monitor watching everything.. and then a mic by you to hear you breath and sleep. lol.. I didn't get the CPAP.. I hear you sleep better than you did in years! I need to go in for another visit.. so they can put the mask on and do more study they said. I need to make that appt once I am all healed up. Good Luck!

It's hard to get use to.. its a process so you'll get there.. I do that with drinks also.. I'll start drinking like a champ! then I remember.. oh ****! lol. And grats all you who are doing great !!! I am so happy omg. I want this to be healed already though so i can start exercising .. I lost 27 lbs and i keep thinking.. well damn, if i could have exercised I could have lost more! Getting ahead of myself. lol

Congrats!! you'll get through it.. and on your way... you will get to a point where you are feeling pretty darn good and you want to do this and that.. just remember don't over do anything because you are still healing inside.. its takes about a month i think? Good luck!! it's the beginning to your new life!! you will do great!! Gasx also.. because most get gas pains and it helps.. heating pads.. can put anywhere it hurts.. EXCEPT your tummy.. don't put it around your incisions. Walk walk walk around your house or what you can do.. don't overexert yourself .. rest .. Keep us posted!

Sorry that you are struggling in this at the moment. Talk to a nutritionist and see if there is something you are doing that is hindering your weight loss. maybe to many carbs? Maybe you all can work out a better plan for you. You'll get back on track.. it could be something minor you are not noticing. Good luck hun!

I don't know if I can do the purred blending all that stuff.. sigh it seems so gross to me. But my doc said.. anything you can mash with a fork is ok too.. so I will eat my tuna salad and chicken salad like that.. and refried beans with some guacamole! oh ya!

The same happened with mine. I barely saw my surgeon for about 5mins before I was put under.. we chatted.. as I woke up from sleep.. the nurse was saying.. wake up... wake up! about 10mins later.. she was like.. ok.. time to get dressed! lets get ya goin! i was like..wait what? lol. but it was alright.. they were awesome though.. and very nice place. Oband.
