I received my approval in less than 24 hrs...but it's talking a while to receive my date from the scheduler

I LOVE CRABS!!!!! However, I normally eat them in a not so healthy way...lol I am gonna miss them this way...I had some steamed last week...they weren't bad but I also didn't want to write home about them either

Lol...thanks...they are def not sleeve friendly... I steam them slightly...n one pot...in pan I sauté fresh garlic and unsalted butter...until it's soft...if u like strong garlic don't cook it too long...I then add the slightly steamed crabs to the mixture...I sprinkle old Bay and garlic powder as well and spoon some of the garlic butter mixture on top...place a lid on and steam the rest of the way...be sure not to burn the garlic...enjoy

I talked to Dr. Marymor yesterday and all of my pre req's are complete and looks good...it should be submitted to Blue Cross on Tues...I pray for approval...I am so ready to shred these 222 lbs

I have bcbs it was loaded into their system around 3 PM yesterday...I called this morning and I had a verbal approval n approval #....I'm just waiting for the letter...but the insurance coordinator is moving forward with waft she has already...hopefully, you will hear something soon

I called Blue Cross this morning to make sure they received my pre cert yesterday...I'M APPROVED!!!!!!!they gave me an approval # n said I should receive a letter by next week...super excited

Quest Bars are yummy...my fav is the chocolate chip...put it in the microwave for 10 secs or so n it taste like a cookie!!!!

I decided on tree braids to have the best of both worlds...the 1st time having braids done since Poetic Justice lol

My paperwork was just submitted yesterday...I pray to have approval by the end of next week...I'm going to the Barix Center in Langhorne (Dr. Marymor)...where in Philly are you going???

My insurance BCBS of PA (Personal Choice) decided they didn't wanna pay for my in center sleep study...however, they would pay for an in home study...has any did an in home study? Thx
