Try eating slower, smaller bites, chew to mush. You could be eating to fast and to much at once. Best wishes

Try crystal light extra cold. I love that stuff and in a pinch it's the right amount of sweet. For me eating sweets start my cravings and it's hard to get back on track so I try really hard not to go there. Good luck!

I hired a trainer that beats the crap out of me. Lol. I get a great workout and things are mixed up so I work everything. Im getting stronger and can do more as time passes Good luck
