Wait till you get to the night before . It's an awesome journey even tho I had a rough time after surgery I would do it again in a heartbeat. -
I agree it's salty, but most soups r. Have it once or twice if you really enjoy it but drink tons of water... Check w/ your doc to see what they think . Best Wishes.

Both chicken and eggs were hard for me to eat in the beginning. Maybe ur just not ready for them yet. Always b safe and call the doc. Best Wishes

I only lost 4 lbs too so maybe this is a normal stall . Best wishes u guys for September!!! -
Your still healing and bloated and gassy. Give it time stay off the scale for a few days. Work on sipping and walking the gas out. Trust it, u will loose. Seeing the changes my body is making amazes me. Ur gonna feel this way soon. I'm just 5 months post op.

I was in a lot of pain after surgery. Walking on a treadmill was very hard. I took it slow, but I had a hard time. You may b one of the lucky ones up and walking right after. Best Wishes! I have no regrets!!

Rest. Surgery was just a month ago your body had to adjust to your new plumbing. Your doc should b doing lab work soon to check your vitamin levels. Walk rest walk rest hang in there!
