If I made a protein shake w/ milk and carried it around work and to a meeting I haven't had a problem. You could not let it sit in the heat and for long periods but I think you would be ok. Best Wishes

Protein shakes r great for dropping weight. Drink lots of water! First few days will b tough but hold on it dets better
