Becareful with the pain meds make sure you can take them this close to surgery. Get your heating pad and curl up in the bed with a good movie you will be good as new in two days!! Good Luck !

My tentative date is the end of March so the butterflies have not started flapping in my stomach yet, but I'm sleeping as much as I can before that happens I’m praying for us all to have successful surgeries, speedy recoveries and available funds on our credit cards to shop until we drop!!!

When I got my lapband in 2011 I was in a lot of pain after surgery. I'm now seeking a revision to RNY. Is the pain worse? The same? How long is the recovery? I can take it. Give me the TRUTH!

I try really hard not to think about it. I have 10 days till I can submit. I stay busy with work, my daughter, remodeling the house etc. Praying for u!!!! I'm sure it will all work out

Hi Everyone!!! I have a tentative date of 3/26. I am having a revision from lap band to RNY. I have not submitted to insurance yet I have one more doc visit on 3/6 before I can submit for approval. I have completed all other tests required! im not sure what my Pre-op diet will be but i know i will have one! I have a great doc and i am thankful. I'm excited, scared, nervous and looking forward to time off work. Lol. I wish you all the best, speedy recoveries and to loose lots of weight!!!! Elle
