    Hey Marchers!!!! Just checking in with u all today. I'm praying everyone is doing well, adjusting, chewing, walking and losing My biggest challenge is eating, I find myself afraid to eat at times, but I'm still in the fight! Sending you all some HUGS today!

    I just had my first meal!!!! Zucchini, orange bell peppers and onions sautéed, OMG was it good! YUM!!

    Has anyone had any issues with milk? I haven't had any milk yet but bought almond milk just in case. My taste buds are definitely different I use to love crystal light lemonade and now it's blah... These changes are something else.

    Hello Family, Hope everyone is doing well, we will all soon b celebrating our one month anniversaries!! Whoo Hoooo I have a question for u all... How do u keep track of the amount (ounces) of liquids not just protein, but everything u are taking in per day? Is there a app for that?

    Sleepy? I am still on the pain meds (lortab) I'm so sleepy and can literally not hold my eyes open. I know I get tired quickly I'm only 4 days post, but I feel drugged. Is it the surgery or the meds or the combo??

    I'm Home! I'm Home! I'm Home! So happy and so uncomfortable! I'm so happy to join u guys on the losers bench, it feels great and I can't wait to see some weight loss. I gain 5 lbs in the hospital ( in 5 days) so not so bad. I'm praying for us all

    Hi everyone! Just checking in I feel so much better today had surgery tues 3/26...I'm still in the hospital should b able to go home tomorrow so I can play Easter bunny. Lol I have zero appetite so I've been on water I ate a few bites of jello yesterday so I ordered it again today and crystal light and favored water so I have a Buffett. I hope u all are doing well I can't wait to get in my bed and get a full night sleep Ttyl

    Hey all! Just wanted to check in and let you know I'm alive. I have been in so much pain it's unreal. The pain meds were not helping and every time I got up I felt like I would puke. My surgery was Tuesday at 11:45a. The pain is finally better ur I am very sore and moving slow. I think I might go home later today but who knows I'm in no rush. I hope u all did better than I did.     The day is finally here I have this warm fuzzy feeling and I can't wait to be on the losing side. I'm praying for all the other marchers going in today. I'm praying for our surgeons and nurses to be on their games today and bring us all out with as less pain as possible. I appreciate all the well wishes! See you all on the other side!!
