You can do it! It should be an interesting trip do a some exploring by foot (stay safe tho) and hopefully you will sweat a lot -

Well, I missed you said "out of the country" you have to sight see so ad walking to the list. -
I had surgery on Tuesday 3/26 and they held me hostage until Saturday 3/30 LOL

I say 10 lbs... There is really nothing to do in the hotels after work but eat, drink, watch TV, work out or swim so we expect you to be in the pool or in the gym! LOL -

I would wait for open enrollement and change insurance carriers. Do some research to see what options you have and what their requirements are. This is just a delay! Best Wishes
