Amen! I take some of these things to my doctor and he looks at me like I'm crazy and say just do what I tell you. (LOL) All of our docs are different people and have different beliefs and methods. ALWAYS the best place to go is the one who has your well being in his/her hand.

Grocery shop before you go in so everything is there foe you when you return, fill all prescriptions, LEGGINS were the best thing for me... when I hade to leave the house for doc appointments I didn't want anything buttoned on the belly. GOOD LUCK!!!!

I was the same too. I'm 9 weeks now and I can drink a lot more now and it really helps I love it so I'm starting to feel somewhat normal

My doc encourages the beans / lentils daily. I can't eat beans everyday because of the after affect LOL but I try to get some in weekly

OMG!!!! Is that what casued it. I take so many meds I didn't know what it was. I was taking the Carafate too and from the top of my mouth down my skin has a rash. That stuff was great for my stomach but no good on the skin. I haven't taken it for a few weeks but my skin is still extremly dry and it burns.

I agree with the comments here... My doc was strict on baths, swimming and lifting. I didn't feel like doing anything for weeks. Talk with your doc left him/her make the call.

I had a lot of pain too, but it gets better! Hang in there

That is what my doc says, but I love crystal light. So I drink it sometimes. I try to drink lots of Water with lemon.

Here is a snippet from my doctor... Although I too have drank a diet snapple, but now I stay away. Snapple is NOT good for you and is in no way similar to fresh brewed iced tea. Fresh brewed iced tea doesn’t contain sugar, which in any added form is poison to your body. Even in the “unsweetened” version, sugar hides in the ingredients list under various pseudonyms like “natural flavors.” Also, citric acid and fresh citrus fruit are not the same thing or even a similar product. Lemons are made from nature. Citric acid is created in a Chemistry lab and is toxic to your body. Snapple is a processed, sugary, chemical drink, and NOT a good food choice.

Congrats!! I'm glad you had a loss so far from home for so long! I pray our other Marchers are doing well, this is quite an adjustment. We are still here if anyone needs us!!

I had that when I woke up from surgery. It was like I had mucus or something. The Prilosec helped a lot.

The vitamins are important, make sure u get them in daily!

It takes time to heal and adjust. I went thru that feeling, feeling great, tired, pukey, just take it easy and introduce new foods slowly. I was scared to drink cow milk so I do almond milk (unsweetened) it will get better, but I does take time.

All of the above I also bought listerine strips, head scarf, phone charger

When I woke up from surgey it was in. I had to come home with it a few days. It was annoying showering and everything but no pain. NOW when they take it out doc said take a deep breath he cut the stitch and pulled it out. It's really far in u will b surprised and u will feel it being pulled up in your chest area. It's the strangest feeling ever. It's not really painful just shocking its in so far and up so far. It's over really quick and I was happy to have it out. Don't worry about it, it will b okay and come out quick

I'm really afraid to have any alcohol. I do not like being sick so I don't experiment. There r times I'm out and want to have a drink, but I don't. I understand being young and wanting to have fun. I'm soooooo glad I got the partying out of my system when I was young. Be safe whatever u decide!!! (HUGS)

I totally get your mom... She loves you, don't want to lose u and she wants you to b happy. She knows your not. Your still young u can change your life and start really living life and b happy. I wish u the best! I know you will b happy with the results

I didn't have one either I was able to still eat real food for all meals. All surgeons are different and they all have their reasons. Just follow your doctors orders and you will be fine! Best Wishes
