We r going on 3 months post op... I pray everyone is doing well, losing weight, feeling good and gaining confidence!!! I FINALLY feel "normal" so I am so happy about that... I'm working on portion control and not snacking all day. Wishing u all the best! -

I saw my surgeon once a month for 6 months then pre op visit. I got a referral from a different surgeon I knew and trusted but I needed to get to know the new surgeon and make sure I trusted him before we did this. It made me more comfortable, but all docs, practices, processes r different. I think it depends on the doc and the insurance. Best Wishes

I wish u the best!! I have blue care network and I can't remember how long it took for the approval I think about 4 days. I had a band, I had the revision to the rny. I have lost more weight in 10 weeks with rny than I did 2 years with the band. Good luck!!!

I have been stalled for a while too, then it will break and I stall again. The last thing the doc said to me at my last visit was, "stay off the scale, it will drive you crazy" he's right I try not to stress over it but I weigh every morning for accountability.
