    Yeah I weighed myself Tuesday & I had only lost 6 lbs in a week. I thought for sure I would lose more on a liquid diet.

    Im getting banded on the 26th... I've been on a liquid diet for 2 weeks. But I dont think I've lost very much weight at all...

    Mine is the 26th... I had to be on liquids for 2 weeks & I've been so grumpy.. I haven't lost that much weight tho & I only have 3 days left. :/

    I had to do a 6 month supervised diet for my insurance company. Then after all that it took them 6 weeks to approve it. But my date it Wednesday Sept 26 so its finally time im excited & nervous!

    Thats how long I have to be on one. I was just really scared about cheating but its not like I've ate anything real fatty... And I havent cheated that much.

    I just ate mashed potatoes, my friends mom had it done and she said that I should be fine if I did complete liquid for like 4 days before...
