Girl i am so comfortable in my skin fat or smaller. yes i do live in florida. i work in a warehouse at night that might as well be outside when its cold.. sweat pants, longs johns, tshirt long t shirt, sweat shirt and maybe a jacket if its that cold. when your home and have the heater on and under the covers im out in the cold working. IN FLORIDA

nope, i havent done anything different. i just went and got oral benadryl. starting to not feel so good. a little light headed calling doc in the morning

im not hiding my weight loss. When I work in 30 degree weather I normally wear 2 to 3 layers of clothing.

I'm taking lortab/tylenol for pain. I've taking lortab and tylenol before so I don't think its the meds. And if so it would be all over.

Oh duh! Lol. Im new to the club. Lucky for me the weather is gonna soon change and I will have on 3 layers of clothing so people prob will only notice it in my face. I haven't bought anything new to wear since April. I can't wait to go shopping. My birthday is in December I will have to buy an outfit. I wonder what size I will be. Yea. My mom just asked what I will tell people. I told her I would say that I'm eating less and working out. Which is truth. I hate that I have to keep my dad in the dark. He would say he respects my choice but thinks I could've did it without surgery. Truth I know I could lose weight without surgery. But realistically I wouldn't have be able to keep it off.

The benadryl cream worked better. But still irritated. Gonna call doc. Tomorrow

My family they come around and so oh you cant have this... no i dont want that. lol. I lost weight on the pre-op diet because i was staying under a certain amount of cals a day. before i would go out i would look up nutritional value and make my meal choice based on that. if i went to burger king i would get whopper jr without mayo and value size onion rings. that meals is under 500. having the surgery isnt an easy way out. its more responsibility.

I'm saying baby food cause of the liquids. I will officially be on puree tomorrow. I told my family and couple of close friends. of course some didnt agree. It doesnt bother me that they dont agree. I made this choice for me. I dont have any diseases or sickness but weighing over 300 pounds and approaching 30 I know it was soon to come and losing weight would become harder. Ive been over weight since 5 years old. I dont want my kids going through that. If im eating a certain way, my kids will have to eat that way.

Truth is I'm making better choices and eating less. I listen to my body and stop eating when I'm no longer hungry.

I start sleep on my stomach and may way up on my back. 3rd day after surgery I've gone to sleep on my stomach without an issue.

Did u use cream or liquid? My skin is red and raised.

Yayy healing!!! Oddly enough I'm itching away from the incisions. Lol. I'm sure when I wake up and still going through this I will try benadryl.

I didn't use any the last two days and its gotten worse. My skin is really sensitive too. But never reacted like this. I was using vaseline to try soothe myself. It's not a dry skin issue. I dunno. But I'm going to be a cry baby on Monday when I call doc. Lol. It almost feels like my face is about to start...wahhh.

Yeah I'm gonna call its gotten worse. I thought maybe it was from me using the surgery soap and it dried my skin out. I used it after also since I still had some. But even so it would be all over.

Go look in the mirror and think of yourself at your goal weight. Than should make u feel you made the right choice. Banded on the 17th only on of my incisions are still really tender. Its more of a sort muscle feeling so I even forget to take pain meds. The gas hurts worse then the surgery. Today that I chewed gum which some doc have said not to do I've burped and pooted the most. I tried gas x strips and it didn't do anything. I went walking around outside and it did help.

It seems like its where my skin touches itself. Under breast and sides of stomach. But then its on my stomach as well. I used clear calamine lotion but I'm still feeling yucky.
