Yes, I should have clarified, the Juice is diluted, and for the most part if I can use other flavoring comps, I do. The dietitian I'm with also told me to be very cautious of using juice of any sort.

My Band Operation will be in Nov, and I've decided that I'd like to take more time to get used to the diet and so I've already started it. One of the biggest parts of my diet program is the 100% whey (Mint chocolate, banana Cream) 100% Whey powder . I love this stuff, I often add pineapple/coconut juice to the Banana Cream flavor for Pina Colada flavor. Also it's Hydalized, so it dissolves and digests very easily. I've tried others, but this one is my fav, it tastes better, and it goes down easy. Rob
