This is so hard, but i know this will pass. I got all shaky, nauseous, and have a headache,and it is only day one. Pushing through, and know it will get better. Hopefully since i get to drink shakes i will feel better. Less than two weeks though! Woot woot! -

Coffee oddly enough supresses my appetite and calms my stomach and i only drink plain black coffee. My nutritionist said if that is the case, then it is fine. -

Mine wouldn't make the appointment before either, so I totally understand the antsy feeling. In fact I have my date, and am antsy now for different reasons. Now I am sitting here trying to do/think of anything else, but I can't lol -
Welcome, and congrats on your decision! The doctor told me only a week, i have a desk job. If you have a physical job, you might want to take a little bit more time. I am also a student, but it won't effect it too much, because my classes are online. I will only be in the hospital for 23 hours or less!

My insurance approval took about a week. I went to my first meeting with the surgeon on Sept 19, so the process has gone pretty fast for me. I got my date about a week after approval, because I had to have my nutritionist class, and pulmonologist clearance first. How exciting for you! I hope you hear back soon! What insurance company do you have? I called BCBS daily to check on it lol -

Yay another November bander! How are the drinks going in the pre op diet? I heard it gets better around day 5, but i will soon find out. lol I hear you about the nerves. Once I got the date, i got a little nervous too. I am sure i will be a wreck closer to the date -
