You know yourself can you have one and stop? Ca you take tiny bites of one and listen to your body? Reason I say this is I LOVE ice cream and my book says NO ICE CREAM EVER AGAIN! My hubby and I were out one afternoon and he wanted a Dairy Queen soft serve cone and I was a little upset because e knows I LOVE ICE CREAM.....so after he got the cone I took ONE bite off the top and On my way! Totally satisfied and happy....NO LATE EFFECTS NO PROBLEM.

I meant "do" not due.

I already had my surgery feb 6th and no I didn't have to due pre-op diet....

Me too but had two bands before revision. Insurance companies are going to start denying lapbands due to all the revisions for failed bands....

Hi I'm a twice bander with revision to RNY on feb 6th' date=' I have no doubt I will lose the rest of my weight the slower the better is ok with me. The charts they have for height and weight ratio seem to be unrealistic to me. They say I should be 134 for 5ft 5in Sorry I don't see me getting to that weight. Realistic for me would be 145-150 time will tell.....
